Transparency Report
In compliance with Law No. 14,611 of July 4, 2023, MTE Ordinance No. 3,714 and Decree No. 11,795/2023, we publish the salary equality report for Guidoni Group companies.
It is important to know that the CBO (Brazilian Classification of Occupations) is a system that organizes and classifies the professions that exist in Brazil, and was used as the basis for preparing the report.
It serves to:
- Identify and name professions;
- Describe, in a general and broad way, the activities that each profession carries out;
- Inform the requirements, academic training and necessary experiences most used in the job market².
What it is used for:
- Search for information about professions;
- Help companies classify positions and functions (e-Social and Caged);
- Public labor market surveys;
- Public employment and professional qualification policies.
Report data is anonymized in accordance with the General Personal Data Protection Law – LGPD 13 709/2018. The information was grouped by the Ministry of Labor and Employment according to the Major Groups of the CBO (Brazilian Classification of Occupations).
Large Groups: It is a government classification that brings together different types of work (positions/departments).
